My practice has relocated its material anchor to Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India - a city whose density of spiritual, linguistic and aesthetic tradition provides the necessary conditions for the work I am presently called to make. I have, in the fullest sense, followed the work to its source.

Enquiries

All commissions, critical enquiries, and curatorial correspondence should be directed through:

The Aaiyyan World Foundation
info@aaiyyan.org

The Foundation will convey your details and I will respond directly. Given the volume of correspondence the Foundation receives from practitioners, scholars and devotees across the globe, I ask for your patience - several weeks may pass before the thread of communication reaches me.

I have chosen to route all professional contact through the Foundation not as a bureaucratic convenience but as a considered ethical and philosophical position: the work does not belong to the market of individual transaction. It belongs to a living tradition, and it is through that tradition’s institutional body that it moves into the world.

Volunteer Work

I am presently engaged as a volunteer with the Aaiyyan World Foundation in a capacity that extends well beyond painting:

  • Translation of Dravidian Aaiyyani - rendering sacred, scholarly and practical texts into English for Aaiyyanists worldwide for whom English remains a second or inaccessible language. This is an act of solidarity and devotion.
  • Web & Internet Facilitation - pro bono digital infrastructure services to Aaiyyanists for whom reliable connectivity remains beyond reach. Available to Aaiyyanists encountered personally or recommended through the Foundation’s networks.

Good things do not arrive on demand.
